I love Hampton. This one is solid. Under construction so there’s a bit of inconvenience involved, which is understandable. Staff nice enough. Poop actually has handicap apparatus. Have never seen that anywhere else
Decent quality hotel. Rooms are nice, but doors could use updating. Provides breakfast and exercise room/pool. Not the best, but not the worst.

The Hampton Inn is not far from the freeway. The king room was large but very outdated. The staffing was very friendly. My four stars was based more on the staffing and how clean they kept things.
BEDBUGS in room 106 on September 30th, 2017. I found a dead bug upon arrival but because I had already unpacked the massive amounts of stuff that comes with traveling with an infant, including the fact that she was already asleep in her Pack n'Play, I took my chances and hoped it was some other type of bug. I deeply regret it. Management still has not returned my phone call. Almost a week later, and I still have welts all over my body. Everywhere. I am so lucky that my 4 month old did not get bit, but she had been playing on the bed, so I'm just so disgusted. This is small potatoes compared to bed bugs, but the room was also a disaster. There were crumbles of something hard all over the floor and we needed to open the toilet lid to flush properly. Disgusting, all around. I'm furious.
Amazing, clean, huge rooms, new equipment, tasty breakfast. One of the best! Felt very satisfied!
