I just started with this agent last year so do not have a wide range of experience with them but what I did have is good. I was checking this year for a better price for auto insurance than current insurer had for a renewal. I looked all around on the internet and made calls but my agent, RW&R, called and said they had a quote for me. It was better than what I had been able to find on my own. I did not know they would automatically search for quotes without me asking. I never thought about it. Anyway, have signed with a new company for less than what I was paying. I am happy.
