I should have just went to Walmart, where I filled the prescription, and bought some Aleve to help me get home.
I came here in severe pain...neck and shoulder. My presumption was a pinched nerve. The check in went well and I was placed in a room. Eventually, a physician's assistant came in. She asked me a few questions. I was never given any type of physical examination. I was given a shot of something and a prescription for a mild muscle relaxant, and sent on my way.
The muscle relaxants were virtually useless against the pain. The bill was over $900...$125 of which was co-pay. After returning home to Michigan, I was properly diagnosed and sent to therapy, which has just ended after over 2 months.
