During a recent windshield replacement and while the tech was here, I received an email with a "pre-authorized receipt" showing a total of $100 over the quote. When asked, the tech said the extra $$ was for a replacement gasket. I didn't end up needing the gasket, and he honored the quote, but BUYER BEWARE there may be hidden costs not disclaimed in the original online estimate.
